According to chief technician of Aviation Industry Corp of China Wang Haifeng, full 3D technology was adopted to shorten J-20’s development period greatly.
Wang introduced that China has mastered a whole new development process of “combat concept → system modeling → 3D development → digital manufacturing → information guarantee”, which was successfully utilized in miraculous development of J-20 fighter.
