J-20 fighters enter elite force targeting Taiwan

On China’s National Day military parade, J-20 passed through Tiananmen Square for the first time and became one of the focus of the military parade.

And on October 13, Beijing time, Chinese Air Force announced that J-20 fighters have been officially equip by an “Ace Force.” The Chinese Air Force official microblog account “Air Force release” said that J-20 fighter aircrafts have entered an “Ace Force” of China, and this unit has shot down 59 enemy aircrafts, and from which emerged first-class Air Force combat heroes like Wang Hai and Sun Shenglu.

“This ace army has won the ‘Golden Helmet’ representing the highest honor of the Air Force in the actual combat competition. The flight skill competition carried by the award will greatly enhance the pilot’s combat skills,” continued the official microblog.

“Air Force Release” emphasizes that the ace of the ACE will be better able to shoulder the sacred mission of safeguarding national sovereignty, security and territorial integrity, and also released a take-off photo of J-20.

In fact, the photo was published on July 24 this year, and the tactical number of “62001” appeared on the tail, while on the early J-20 fighters during tests or trials, the numbers began with “78”, such as 78271, 78272, 782723, 78274, 78275, 78276. The appearance of 62001 was then speculated that J-20 was to enter service.

According to public information, the “ace force” mentioned by “Air Force Release” is actually the “Wanghai Brigade” of the People’s Liberation Army’s Eastern Theater Air Force located in Wuhu, Anhui Province.

This unit is regarded as a fist to safeguard national unity, territorial integrity, and inviolability of national interests. As early as the beginning of this year, there have been news and video materials proving that J-20 has been tested by “Wang Hai Brigade.” And in July this year, there were also satellite photos showing that at least three J-20s have been stationed at the Wuhu base.

And this officially announcement from “Air Force Release” proves that the base of J-20 fighters should have formed combat effectiveness. The Wuhu base serves as the front line of the Chinese Air Force. The defense covers the Diaoyu Islands in the East China Sea, the Taiwan Straits, and the Taiwan Island airspace. And J-20’s duty will greatly enhance the Air Force’s ability to respond to threats in this direction.
