China sends J-10, JH-7 and KJ-200 for military exercise with Russia

In China and Russia’s joint military exercise of “Unified Air Defense”, China sent an air battle group consisted of two J-10 fighters, two JH-7 fighting bombers and one early warning aircraft – KJ-200.

The planes flied from an airport in the northeast of China to the drill site on the Sea of Japan.

The five planes participated in two items of maneuvers – unified air defense and unified landing.

China Air Force improved its capacity of combined air and naval battle and increased experience of joint battle and exercise with foreign forces, according to spokesman of China Air Force.
