On February 12, it was reported on the Internet that the Ocean Development Bureau of Jimo District, Qingdao, Shandong Province, China issued a notice saying that a UFO was found in the waters near Rizhao and was about to be shot down. On the evening of the 12th, a staff member of the Jimo District Ocean Development Bureau told a reporter that this was indeed the case and that they were verifying what the specific UFO was.

A screenshot posted on the Internet shows that the Jimo District Marine Development Bureau of Qingdao City issued a notice saying that “according to a notice from the Municipal Bureau, an unidentified flying object has been found in the sea near Rizhao, and (the government) is ready to shoot it down. Please pay attention to the sea operation fishing vessels to avoid the specific location of 120 degrees 51 ‘east longitude and 35 degrees 37’ north latitude.” This notice also mentioned that “if any object falls near the fishing boat, please assist in taking photos for evidence; if conditions allow, please assist in salvage.”

At 7:00 p.m. on the 12th, the relevant staff of the Jimo District Marine Development Bureau told a Chinese reporter that “it was real, and they had received a notice from the Qingdao Municipal Marine Development Bureau. At present, it is not clear what the unidentified flying object is specifically and they are verifying.”

The reporter also called the Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Ocean Development on the matter, the staff said they were not sure of the specifics, “If the matter is true, there may be a release later.”

At the same time, there are rumors that China is catching “black fish” in Bohai Bay, and that there was an unmanned marine vehicle from the United States coming from a Japanese base, and then its signal was blocked. And then, the U.S. has to send a drone to establish a satellite transfer station. And these moves are all in response to the Chinese airship flying over the United States.
