An unidentified flying object was seen by many people in Shandong, Shanxi and Henan provinces of China on June 2, and official miniblog accounts of China Rocket Force posted at the night of June 3rd: “Do you really think there is UFO?”

This same question was repeated by China Navy’s Weibo account later: “Do you also believe in UFO?”

The launch is widely considered JL-3 submarine-launched nuclear missile, the latest type being tested. And this has been indicated by official voices from China Rocket Force and China Navy on Weibo.

With a range of 12,000 kilometers, JL-3 missile is believed to be equipped to Type 094 Jin Class Ballistic Missile Submarine first, to cope with nuclear deterrent from the United States.
