Taiwan believes China prepares for war with US for COVID-19, not for Taiwan

Senior consultants in the fields of information, aerospace, and aviation of Taiwan National Security Agency believe that the intercontinental ballistic missile cellar silos under construction in mainland China are likely to be mixed and constructed with their so-called “power generation facility structure” to confuse the outside world, and this is also the key to the repeated warnings issued by the United States, according to reports.

Recently, scholars from various US think tanks, including the well-known and credible Federation of American Scientists (FAS) have all released satellite photos, showing that the PLA is rushing to build a large number of suspected intercontinental ballistic missile cellar-launched base well structures in the northwest.

Although some news has clarified that the missile well facility is only a power plant structure, authoritative scholars and organizations in the United States continue to find similar buildings and point out that it is a missile-related facility. This matter has already caused attention from some high-level official in Taiwan’s National Security Council.

He pointed out that in places including Hami in Xinjiang, Yumen in Gansu, and Jinlantai in Inner Mongolia, the structure of the uncovered launch cellar well is quite clearly visible. Judging from satellite images, the Hami site covers an area of 300 square miles and the Yumen site is 700 square miles, this layout is different from the American cellar missile launch base, and belongs to the unique layout of the People’s Liberation Army.

They concluded that although the outside world believes that the People’s Liberation Army already has Dongfeng-31/41 (DF-31/41) mobile-launched intercontinental ballistic missiles, but the number is not large enough, and the technical and scientific research level of mobile launching may still lag behind Russia by more than ten years. Therefore, the People’s Liberation Army still maintains the early Dongfeng-5 (DF-5) intercontinental ballistic missiles, which have been improved to the DF-5B intercontinental ballistic missiles.

Moreover, the improved DF-5A/B missile can carry 6 to 10 multiple independently targetable re-entry vehicles (MIRV). Once these warheads re-entry the atmosphere, the speed is as high as ten times the speed of sound, and the effective interception rate is very low. This is the key to the PLA not giving up the DF-5 missile family.

Senior experts of the Taiwan Security Agency have studied the reason why the People’s Liberation Army builds missile silos at such a fast speed? What is the purpose of these huge number of cellar-launched missiles with a range of more than 10,000 kilometers? As the United States continues to publish such satellite reconnaissance information at a fairly intensive rate, the reason is definitely not simply to expose the number and capabilities of ballistic missiles in mainland China, but there are even greater hidden concerns behind it. Taiwan believes that the United States may be certain that mainland China is rapidly planning to go to war with the United States.

He believes that this is also the reason why the US military hastily withdrew from Afghanistan, preferring to leave behind international political troubles, and returning to the Western Pacific. The reason behind this is quite simple, that is, US officials have insisted that the virus has biological weapons characteristics.

He reminded, don’t forget why the US military insisted on invading Iraq after 9/11. The outside world thinks it is looking for biological and chemical weapons, protecting oil sources, etc. But in fact it is not the case. One week after the 9/11 incident, the first warning of an anthrax biological attack occurred in Washington, and there were casualties. This incident was concealed by the significance of the 9/11 incident, but the United States attached great importance to the anthrax attack and casualties. It was later confirmed that the attack was carried out by a terrorist organization funded by Iraq, and that Iraq possessed anthrax virus weapons.

Why did the Anglo-American coalition insist on invading Iraq despite international condemnation and opposition from domestic public opinion? In fact, the actual inside story is to track down anthrax virus weapons, but this is a top-secret operation, so it is difficult for the outside world to snoop on one or two.

The COVID-19 virus has so far caused 4.37 million deaths worldwide. The United States alone has killed 630,000. The death toll exceeds the sum of World War I and World War II plus the Korean War, the Vietnam War and the anti-terrorism war. The United States believes that this is the forerunner of the Third World War set off by biological warfare. The U.S. government has never tolerated the death of such a large number of local civilians due to a single incident. This has always been the attitude of the U.S. government. The Beijing authority may have been aware of the US attitude, so they have begun to prepare for war, and the rapid construction of missile silos is an important sign of preparation for war.

High-level experts from Taiwan’s National Security Council assessed that once Western countries have evidence that the coronavirus is leaked from the Wuhan P4 laboratory, actions such as retaliation and claims against China will begin.

“It is conceivable that Beijing will not succumb to these demands, and may even bite back. If the United States still has the appetite for confrontation again after the failure in Afghanistan, there may be war between the United States and China, and the possibility is not low.”
