Xi Jinping said in the phone call that China-US cooperation will benefit both countries and the world; Sino-US confrontation will bring disasters to both countries and the world. The U.S.-China relationship is not a multiple-choice question of whether to get it right, but a must-answer question of how to get it right.
According to the analysis, this is to imply that Biden is still more at the stage of thinking about the first question since he took office, and “how to get U.S.-China relationship right” is not in the scope of consideration.
